What is a "tout"? I would say shortform for prostitute, but that would be redundant.
Does one have to wear some sort of "jungle uniform" to gain access?
haha. they forgot to add no eating lunch on the roof.
i think tout is a male thing. it's sandwiched between pimps and hoodlums after all. if it was a chick thing, it would have to be No Madams, Touts, and Bitches.

the funny thing is, they say "we will allow" then proceed with a list of things NOT to do/wear/bring
