8 down, 67 to go
Saturday was the Harry Rosen Spring Kick-off run in High Park, and for the first time in 3 years the weather was amazing. No rain, no clouds, and no wind, just sunshine and chirping birds. It was also the first time I ran with someone and trekking up Spring Hill, listening to Joe sing out loud, "Billie Jean is not my lover" while he disco danced backwards up the hill was quite motivating. After the 8km was done, he got his timing chip for the 5km and I met up with Natalina and we walked it together. 13 kilometers, 2 juice boxes, and 1 medal later we all went out for breakfast and sat on a patio in the sunshine and had a lazy afternoon.
