Woke up this morning, played chauffeur as per usual, came home to have breakfast and watch sports highlights. Signed off on some paperwork that was weighing down my desk and my mind. Did some laundry, ran the dishwasher, made my bed, wrapped a gift.
It's sunny outside and "the men" are here to make the landscaping look pretty for Saturday. Jays home opener is tonight (boo to Rios) and Dave and I will be celebrating like we always do. Having lunch with an amazing friend tomorrow and looking forward to the laughs that will ensue.
Week one of being unemployed has been good to me so far.
