My dad is kind of upset that I refuse to give him the link to my blog, especially after his sister called to say she knows it. He keeps bringing it up and giving me a hard time about the whole thing. In an effort to get back into his good graces I decided to dedicate this posting and the Sunday lunch to Big Mike (it just so happens that it fell on Father’s Day). So you don't think I am taking the easy way out I got him some pretty sweet gifts too – notice the plural.

Roasted potatoes, fresh rosemary, olive oil, parmesan cheese
Sliced tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, fresh parsley, olive oil
Couscous, tomatoes, Spanish onions, green and yellow zucchini
Beer can chicken (one with garlic, rosemary, lemon, garlic butter and one with chilli peppers, garlic, onion, BBQ sauce)
