Had 2 interviews today. The first was more of a 'meet-and-greet' with an agency, but it was time well spent. Nailed the second one though. Fingers crossed that good things come out of it (like a sweet raise, sick job title, corner office, new place).
Funny thing about the 2nd interview, there was a 60 question aptitude test. Now not to toot my own horn, but I think I'm pretty well read and that I have a solid grasp of the English language, sentence structure, grammar and vocabulary. Math on the other hand is not my strong suit; percentages, fractions, long division - I'm getting sick just thinking about it. Apparently I was wrong...I messed up a few times on the verbal, but killed the math section - go figure!
I'm going to Joe Mama's with my cousins on Friday and I've got a good feeling that we may have something to celebrate. Or, at the very least, I'll be drowning my sorrows in some top notch martinis.
