3 things that won't change your life

I have strep throat and it sucks. Every time I swallow it feels like there's glass in my throat. My voice is raspy and it sounds like I should charge by the minute to talk on the phone. I'm achy and tired and cold and cranky. But, thanks to the miracles of modern medicine (and a little thing called 'amoxicillin') I'm on the mend. Good thing too because my new boss started this week.

Had another dress fitting for the wedding and things are coming along better than expected. Now the biggest dilemma is what underwear/shoes/jewelery to wear. Maybe I'll just by more than one pair and change my shoes like Oscar hosts change outfits....

Planning a trip to Europe in May to hang out in Germany and drink beer and see if the hills really are alive with with sound of music. I've got a futon to sleep on and a place to do laundry so all I need is a backpack and a plane ticket.
